This course has now started, so you can no longer register for it. I will put information up about future courses once I know when they will run.
Do you want to be a better dancer, more focused when you perform, better able to control or use your pre-performance nerves, have better technique and increased fitness, and feel confident to develop your own personal style? If so, this new and unique course may help you to do that.
Starting in January 2012, this course consists of six, three-hour sessions every three weeks. Half of each session will focus on conditioning work for the body and the other half will focus on conditioning work for the mind to help you overcome obstacles and work on being the best dancer you can be. Participants will create their own development programme, and be helped to work towards achieving personal goals in dance fitness and performance.
This course is suitable for anybody who is committed to becoming a better dancer, whether you have dance as your hobby, you wish to work professionally in the future, or do so already. You must be prepared to work hard in class and in-between and be open to honest self-evaluation.

And all classes will be at Dance Reality Studios in Reading and will run from 2 – 5pm. This is a mirrored studio based in West Reading, which is on the number 15 bus route, and also has a car park. For location information please see the map below
